Service Description
At Thrifty Dutchess, we offer a convenient donation pick-up service for gently used: • Clothing • Books • Toys • Shoes • Jewelry & Accessories • Home Décor • Furniture All donated items must be clean, in good repair, and ready for a new home. Please note that we are unable to accept: • Socks or underwear • Construction materials • Automotive parts • Chemicals or hazardous materials • Food items • Broken, damaged, or unusable items To ensure your donations remain in good condition, please do not leave items on the curb or in any location where they may be exposed to weather, pests, or damage while awaiting pick-up. We will coordinate a suitable pick-up time with you. We sincerely appreciate your generosity. Every donation helps us keep quality items out of the landfill while providing affordable, sustainable shopping options for members of our community. To ensure a smooth experiences and enough availability, please make sure to view all the policy details. We want to ensure that the spots in our programs are filled and that all participants are present for the program. A great deal of time and care go into preparation and there are only a limited number of slots available.
